Uganda Premier League side KCCA has completed the signing of attacking midfielder Steven Munguchi from Gaddafi FC.
Munguchi has put pen on a three-year employment contract that will keep him at the Lugogo-based side until the 2026-27 campaign.
The development was confirmed at the club’s official website on Monday, June 10, 2024.
“Steven Munguchi has put pen on paper with KCCA FC until the end of the 2026-27 season,” the statement partly reads.
Munguchi revealed that he knows the demands and growth required for playing for a club like KCCA FC.
“I know the demands of playing for a club like KCCA FC and I am ready to live up to that,” Munguchi stated.
“I am happy to sign for KCCA FC. It is such a great feeling to be part of this club with a very rich history. The club has a plan and proper systems,” he added.
“I was able to tell through the interactions I have had with the manager. I have some friends at the club and I am certain they will help me to fit in.”
Munguchi has previously played for URA FC, Soltilo Bright Stars, Gaddafi FC and Kakiri TC.
